Feedback Removal Help and Non Delivery Complaints
We have had a situaiton where some of our employees screwed up our drop ship business. Were a 100k account 40 is drop ship.
However in the last 3 weeks are feedback has skyrocketed and non delivery complaints rose. I working desperatley to try and get the feedback removed. However trying to get amazon to remove it after giving customers a refund doesn't work well. It worked well in october . But are employees screwed up are november shipments. We are closed next week. How do i fix the feedback and get the customers to aknowledge there orders will be arriving late will fixing our odr.
I love FBA to avoide this!
