Hi Guys,
I've just received the dreaded suspension email from Amazon out the blue.
See below the email received. The account was last suspended around 9 months ago but has been fine since running smoothly once I provided the invoices for my goods.
Is this some sort of technical error going on here? I received no policy warnings or anything like that either?

You have not provided us with a viable plan of action to address the complaints we received about the authenticity of your items. As a result, you can no longer sell on amazon.co.uk. Your listings have been removed from our site, and funds will be withheld.
If you would like to appeal this decision, click the “Appeal” button next to this e-mail on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central (
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....f-notification...). For guidelines on creating your plan, search “Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges” in Seller Central Help.
When you appeal, include the following information for each reported ASIN:
-- Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier’s contact information.
Products offered for sale on amazon.co.uk must be authentic. The sale of counterfeit products, including any products that have been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured, is strictly prohibited. If we determine that an account has been used to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, funds may be withheld.
To learn more about our policies, search for "Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy" in Seller Central Help.
Sincerely,
