How to return the goods again after an unsuccessful delivery from FBA
I have the following problem, please prompt what to do.
I sell at amazon.com, not being in the United States.
My representative at USA receive goods from the supplier and ship to FBA, also receive returns from FBA.
Recently, my representative moved and changed the address.
And I requested to return a batch of tablets to his new address.
As a result, UPS did not deliver the goods to his address, allegedly because they could not find it and return all the parcels back to amazon.
How do I contact Amazon and ask for to return my goods again to the corrected address???
