Account 14 disbursement limit

One of my amazon account doesn't seem to have a 14 day disbursement hold. Does anyone else have this? Or is this a glitch on amazon's part?

some sellers are mentioning a daily withdrawal allowance after the first 14 days

for new accounts after the first withdrawal it appears withdrawals can be done every day, like the good old days

It's 7 days. I.e If I sell something today and I confirm it, the sum from that transaction is disbursed on my next disbursement date.

I have one account that pays daily upon request and one of my sellers opened an account in November that had 7 days and another account opened the same day had a 45 day hold.

I have wondered if business type and/or credit score makes a difference.
