UTR number

So i've been reading through the seller forums on Amazon Uk and a few people are reporting that during the verification process they are required to provide a utr number.

Does anyone know if there is a way around this?

Make one up. They cant verify it

Make sure you use the 'correct' document for this, there are many.

Does anyone know what the correct document looks like?

I'm not going through the verification process just yet but wana make sure i have everything in place just in case i need them.
