Hi Vela1987, I need to get health and personal care approval category on Amazon.com, I sent everything, sent an invoice of Paypal that really purchased my products from a seller on eBay, everything was fine, but only requesting me now an invoice with these requirements, can you help me please?

NOTE : We only accepting invoice, sales invoice and commercial invoice.
We are not accepting retail receipts, packing slips, sales orders, invoices from an online retailer , purchase orders, or pro-forma invoices (Pro-forma invoices are invoices sent in advance of a shipment or delivery of goods. Lack of pricing or shipping information indicates a pro-forma invoice).
Please submit the required documentation from the following options:
