Need international help

Hopefully somebody (preferably from Germany) can talk me step by step into signing up for the Global Shipping Program.

I have a PITA customer that can't figure it out and I am pretty sure my USA account will not give me the info to sign up as a buyer.

I will pass the instructions along to him.

Sorry to bother y'all about this but he just won't take no for an answer, and it is about $220 we are talking about here with his order.

The German buyer can't figure out how to set up his GSP. I ship to Canada very often. MY accounts are set up for GSP but this buyer is not.

I need to hold his hand while he gets his GSP set up so I can sell to him.

Selling to him otherwise is off the table. Unless he sends me cash of course.
