Default Too many emails from eBay

Can you file a lawsuit for receivig too much emails even if you already told them to stop sending emails and the unsubscribe link is not working. I think they have this kind of law in australia. I'm just not sure if we also have this here in the US.

You can file a lawsuit for just about anything. Whether it goes anywhere is another story.

Why not just mark it as spam and move on? OR filter messages from that particular sender/department so you don't see the junk.

Ok, coz i hate seeing too much emails from ebay everyday like promos and the item i've been watching has been relisted or the seller messaged me. All those emails are useless because the account is already suspended.

You and me both. I usually filter out the ebay@ebay.com messages and put them in a separate folder.

The emails like "listing has been created" or "item has been sold" will get dumped in there, but that's fine for me as I check it daily. Also if any case gets opened, those emails get placed in there.

You should still get emails from buyers in your Inbox because that originates from members@ebay.com.

For the most part, that filter works great for me and keeps my inbox nice and tidy.

You could also use something like Thunderbird or forward all your accounts to one central account, put the filter on that one account and then you can streamline the whole process.

Thunderbird does a sterling jpob to keep everything tidy and organized.

ps: OP, use the funds you could spend on a lawsuit to make more stealth accounts & beat ebay.
Win win for you.

Yeah i realized it's a waste of money, lol. I just got so frustrated when the agent told me that i should really receive those emails because i did not unsubscribe from them. And said that there's no way for them to close the account or unsubscribe me from those emails.

Use the methods of an effective EMAIL system to filter them out.

I hear where you are coming from: lile being slapped in the face each time you see them.

Life becomes much better when rubbish is cut out of the picture.

you can for too many phone calls....you warn them (in writing a letter if possible) and then start logging it all thereafter.....

I think you can for post too.

email I never heard of though, possibly it is not considered so much a nuisance as you can block emails fairly easily at no cost....

The filter system works well - like Ron Popeil would say "Set it and forget it"
