paypal id veryfication

Hi
I have ebay nad paypal account for more than 1 year.
When i created paypal for remove all limitation i sent polish driving licence.
all limitation was removed.. I have no problem for over 1 year.


Few weeks ago my paypal account is limited , i sent proof of address, trucking no etc.. they asked me for some ID documents buy not same like i sent over 1 year ago.

What do I do?

my first scan wasn't good quality. I think first time paypal not check that carefully like they can do now.
They told me in email to send some ID but not same copy like first time.
I think have to upload new ID

Don't want to be bearer of bad news but, in my few dealings with paypal, when they ask for docs a second time they usually limit the account soon afterwards.

In my opinion the first look at docs is just visual, if they look legit they usually seem to accept them. Second time or if something raises any doubt about validity of docs they refer them to the 'back office' where I believe they do actually make some checks to confirm the docs. Don't ask me who or what the back office is, but they have mentioned it a couple of times during phone calls.

I'm sure there are others here with more experience than me in dealing with pp, so I am only expressing an opinion based on my own findings, having been screwed a couple of times by them myself.

Obviously if you are submitting legit docs there shouldn't be any problem though. Good luck.

same problem got limited again but i forgot place of birth!!!!
