Weird, there isn't even visible the allowance in the summary tab. This should be visible even if the allowance is 0/0 or not?

it usually goes to 10/650, is that not the case after you linked your PP (must be verified). Next you go to request more it will take you to a continue button where you are asked to log into paypal, you do that, and it returns you to ebay, ten-fifteen min later you have 10/650. If not i would try making another acc
