Default MC011 anyone else got any?

Hi all

A handful of my accounts went down with this over that last few days. Usually sell second hand stuff. No vero as far as I can see.

Eb email asks me to call them.
Pp is limited but cannot be appealed

I have been doing this for around 2 years so certainly not new to the game.

Wonder what's triggered this? always very careful and manage to stay below the radar.

all accs are fully verified.

Anyone else have any ideas? Anyone think there is a chance of getting any of these accs back?

thanks for the reply

the accounts have a pp balance held. I want this back asap. if the accs could still run then great, if not I don't care that much. Though they all have considerable selling allowances.

May I ask: Are you shipping the items out yourself or does all your tracking show from different locations other than your area. Like from amazon warehouse to your buyers house?

Only if paypal has told the seller they are going to release the funds in 180 days.

Not addressed by hAve at all. He simply said leave the account alone.

I am hoping he might answer why he said that

OP - being honest, calling them won't help the situation and then they may mark your account for further verification in 180 days but not doing anything isn't giving you answers.

Personally make sure the 180 days has started and wait it out and see what happens on the day you can withdraw, if you can that is.

thanks all.

There has clearly been a link but really unsure how this has happened. as stated I am not new to this game. Maybe the accounts had too many silularities with item types being sold, listing styles etc etc?

One thing I am pissed about is that I let funds build up in the accounts. However I have not been able to withdraw due to totally unrelated circumstances recently. As said I am not new to this game but pissed off when I am losing. There is a fair sum of money at stake. No mention of 180 day release on it.

On a side note I lost a couple of accounts last winter when a load went down at once. I still have funds in one of the accounts. clearly 180 days are over, what to do next on this one?

just another observation - the accs that I have lost over the last few years (there have only been a handful and they go in clusters it seems), seem to be regular sellers, in excellent standing with dsrs, feedback, etc, one noteable thing is that they have always had a fair few quid in the pp.

Not had probs with low volume selling accs.

@OP, you should write out the steps on account creation/operation if you want insight on how you got linked.

Unless...similar listings? sales?

I *think* I may know what could have caused this.

I have spoken to pp. We can no longer do business with each other as I am considered high risk

Have been assured verbally that funds will be released following 180 day period. Need to get written/email confirmation of this. Though verbally I was given an exact date as to when this would be. on a slightly different note has anyone ever had funds held indefinitely?

UK sellers have had funds held permanently. Massive culls happened this time last year.

Black days for many.

Asian sellers pretending to be USA based also lost incredibly high amounts of funds too.

Keep in mind, it is defined by paypal they reserve the right to not release funds.

Its cull time again isnt it?

I remember last year, my opening Stealthing accounts stupidly mounting up £13K and boom, PP CULL!....man that was a tough few months , but then they released it eventually I learned me a lot during that time.

I even got one account released in a month, if you word your emails correctly, and not use the 'cut and paste' option about the Florida Attorneys office or something like that floating around. That email is printed on to all the bog roll at PayPal.

yes, I agree, many accounts are a safer option

One thing I do know is that pp doesn't like accumulation of funds over a few hundred £, without withdrawals, over a period of time. This is one thing that will raise the chance of you getting caught out.

Thought I would have learned from last time!

Alas it is only money, a number on a computer screen

I did fear it was cull time again

Keep it lean lads, damage limitation, don't let your funds build up!

Seems like a lot of hot air and not explanation of the account creation methods or possible links to sales patterns/listings patterns. Not trying to snoop on other people, but any information would be much appreciated by others who read this, I assume.

What kind of a setup are you operating? Dongle, Mac address changes or VMware?
