 MC028 and DSR problems
So i received 2 MC028 emails together today.
"We're writing to let you know your account has fallen below eBay's minimum seller performance standards on eBay.co.uk.
One or more of the following factors have contributed to this change:
-- Low detailed seller ratings (1s and 2s)
-- Negative and neutral feedback
-- Cases filed for items not as described or items not received"
So I noticed it says ebay.co.uk (I am in the US). I have 152 positive ratings, o neg and o neutral. so it can't be that. I had one buyer file a dispute for item not received (item was lost in the mail). I quickly sent a new item and case was closed. My DSR rating is:
Item as described 93
Communication 93
Shipping time 93
Shipping and handling charges 92
My DSR rating seems to be 5 stars for everything.
Is there a way to see who gives you what DSR rating?? How does one go about fixing this? I can't really give better service then I am giving now. I get all positive ratings and my customoers are happy and send repeat business. 
Also does this only affect my listings on ebay.co.uk and not any other ebay.com since that is where the issue has come from according to the email?
