Tony, go into your seller account and click on help. On the Right it says Seller Support! Click contact. Click on orders and then customer feedback problems.

I wouldnt recommend doing this anymore. Amazon sends feedback notices to customers a few days after delivery. Wierdly ive been getting a few violations for requesting feedback lately and customers are getting pissed about "spamming" their inbox as amazon already sends them a lot of emails about the order
