Newbie needs help
Okay first I apologize for my ignorance here, please don't bash me too hard. Anyway I have been reading for 9 days now, and I am so damn lost! I got limited/permanently banned on PP after 3 years of being a damn good customer and hold the pp business card they talked me into getting! Ok so I have been bugging them via social media, sent emails to executive email addresses (after reading the pp help center is bs). So my question is about my router (NVG510) I have tried the ipconfig reset, unplugged the modem overnight, called AT&T (waste of time). I just am ready to throw in the towel, is there something I am missing? And if I can figure out how to change IP will I just be limited again even with new info? My mom is willing to open an account in her name but she is currently under my care. Thank you in advance everyone (already learned so much in the wee hours of the morning)
