How to report a seller?

I bought something and it caused damage to my vehicle. It turned out to be ⊗⊗⊗⊗. How can I report the seller? I can't find an option to

If it damaged my vehicle I would want to do more than just report the seller. I'd report him within the website, and take further steps if the damages are expensive. I'm going to assume you purchased the item on eBay, which you never stated. There should be a dropdown option near the item you purchased to get started with the report. If you left positive feedback prior to the damage, that option may no longer be available.

This was an Amazon purchase. I cant find a way to report the seller and customer service is of no help. They keep sending me a link but in order to access their link I need a seller account which I dont have.
