account got suspended on friday for selling counterfeit items
here is the sequence
a potential customer messages she is interested in buying a book that she earlier brought from a seller on amazon who sold her phake and asked me if mine were us editions or phakes or international editions.
I replied her,she brought the book, also had sold about 12 of them in the last 4 days and all were in transit and none delivered.
next day get a policy warning from amazon that my listing for that particular product is blocked for selling phakes and the usual policy warning
next day account suspended with 125k in it and orders worth 38k left to confirm shipping
has anyone seen something like this or experience handling this
the product itself is something ive sold through amazon to bookstores in the past as well as rental bookstores and resellers on other accounts in the past and never had problems and usually get reorders for it everytime so no issue of authenticity ,plus in this case they werent even delivered to customers and were still in transit ,was it the message from the customer before buying that flagged the account
