I have a serious issue with a competitor that I haven't been able to resolve with seller performance.
Is there any danger of account linking when emailing Jeff? I only have one active ghost account, and one (banned) account from 2 years ago.
I tried some Amazon Stealth on one account, I emailed jeff, and within hours my account was blocked. But it was mostly because my VPN was leaking, this was like a year back.
Do make sure, you've all the measures in place before emailing them.
Only do it when you are out of bullet, do not make the seller performance team as your future enemy. Imagining when you are doing customer service and the customer call your CEO to ask them to solve the issue which you are supposed to do, it is the nightmare.
