One quick question. I recently had a buyer removed his negative feedback himself. Can this buyer change the feedback again later on? The reason I asked this because the BUYER offered to remove it if I were to accept the return. I don't want this person to return this item and then reinstate that negative feedback again.

I have had feedback removed and then they were able to leave it again, and Amazon specifically said they would give the buyer the opportunity to leave feedback again when they removed it. It's only happened a few times, but it's possible
