If you get creative you can figure out a way to not get it blocked. Usually you'll get a warning if amazon catches on to you. Enough warnings and you may have issues

The problem I see with that is sometimes you want Amazon to see the communication with the buyer when they are in the wrong
against Amazon policy, however, it is a low risk method. It would be a good idea to give to the buyer a different email address than the one you are registered on amz with. In case he tries to report you, you can say that this email is not yours.
But you can do and tell the buyers anything you want, most of them will still contact you by amz.
