Also, I forget if paypal asks for your CC address. Do they and if so, then do I just use the address i made through ebay? Also, what is the best solution for clearing out and changing my IP? I know I am getting off the wall here, but eBay has me going mad!!!! Thanks

Hi. Is it still possible to purchase a Simon Gift account and then purchase more gift accounts with the first gift account you purchased?

I need a bunch of gift accounts for different accounts so I can bid on items (they require a credit card before you can bid now-_-).

You can buy many gift accounts with the same cc...is that what your asking?

Well, I realize I can purchase many gift accounts with my credit card, but what I would like to know is:

If I purchase a gift account from simon, can I use the gift account I purchased from them to purchase another gift account.

Oh...yeah you can do that as long as you have enough left on the card (atleast $23)...$20 minimum + $2 + $1 transaction fee...

I am amazed that those of you who use Simon.com . I have been trying to set up an account there but can't. Have twice been on long fruitless 800 number calls (which do cost me since I am physically in Mexico). Now they have emailed me to call there risk department.

QUESTION: I have been trying to use an epassporte.com gift account info to register with eBay without success.

Do the epassporte cards not work with eBay?

Hey all, I seem to be having trouble using my simon gift card. This is the first time this type of problem has occurred. When I try to use it (for online purchases or ebay verification) it says it is declined. Also when I go to the simon site and try to look at my balance it either says the simon site is down or that my card is not activated yet! The site then tells me to supply the verification info, and I do this and it says it has already been registered! I am getting frustrated, anybody have any ideas? Thanks a bunch.

I have been trying to get signed up and using Simon.com for two weeks. No luck. They take money from my bank account but no success beyond that.

I purchased a simon gift account yesterday morning at 10:30 AM. So far, I have not received it yet.

They guys may want to call Simon. They have been working for eBay and Paypal accounts now for over a year. And a majority of people on this forum have used one time or another. They're a good solid company.

I have now 2 times called their 866 number. First time I got an Asian who I din't understand well - but did get "it will take many days." Second time seemed to be American but she got cought up on the fact an error in the address and then put me on hold "for ever." Since I have to call from Mexico and pay direct dial rates, I hung up after 21 minutes.

I am having a terrible experience with Simon.

It has been mentioned that they are hopeless with customer service between Thursday &
Monday mornings (USA time). They also have server troubles a lot and that impacts on your
plans. If you can not go to a Mall, you might have to wait. Good Luck.

Everything is good and proper now. Guess it was just a week end thing or maybe they hadn't fully registered the credit card. which I suspected a bit because I received the CC 2 to 6 hours after I filed :) .

Everything fine with me also .. gift account received.

can these cards be spent at walmart or bestbuy through their website? And how do you cash them out if you dont use it as mine only has $8 and change left

When I have gotten down to just a small amount on a VCC I use it to pay a bill online. I have used a VCC to pay comcast 76 cents.

but does you comcast name and address match the information that is on your comcast account. My simon is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and don't want my cell phone company or other company put flags up on my account.

got a vanilla visa
working cell phone number
new address
new name etc.
BUt in order to complete registration, I have to put a CC on file right after registration usually ebay does not ask for it until I start selling. NOw they are asking right after I make a new account!
The vanilla prepaid visa is not working, says it is unable to authorize the card.
DO I have to start ALL over AGAIN??
I really liked my user name too!

thank u. When purchasing the simon card, do I register with the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay info or my real info. I want to get the virtual card. Is the all access card just as good? and do I have to use my real info or the ebay ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info? thank u sooo very much! I may not have to start all over!
