$9800 was actually perfect on point for 4hr chart trading.
I am still very bearish on LONG the daily chart still showing potential pulldown. I'm still on Stop-Buy at $7800. Maybe up to $8000. it changes quickly due to emotion trading.
I have permanently put emotion on side I am strictly trading on charts and to make money. I know this gets some people angry that are in it for the technology. Truthfully I'm in only to make money at this point.
I know though the demand is still there. Our little trader group is up to 60k users and everyday people are asking to join. So the new money still there. |

| Not true. Reliant was the wrong choice of word.
The issue is there's a lack of big players in the crypto scene, thus too many weak hands holding it, thus value easily drops when people sell off.
If people held the bitcoin, and exchanged it amongst each other, value would remain more consistent.
But, this is something very new, its here to disrupt the banking system and turn it into confetti... and with anything new, volatility exists in abundance. Whether it will succeed or fail, who knows? :noidea: |

Been a slow start for the year but things can change real fast in the crypto-verse.
There are some developments planned for release this year like the lightning network that are going to be a major determining factor in how the cryptocurrency is viewed. |

So why not copy and paste code he already has (Zcash had already taken code from BTC and added Zksnarks) and fork the two chains.
No new tech. Pump Zclassic and dump. Fork. Steal the Bitcoin name. Pump Bitcoin Private and Dump. Buy a big ass house.... a couple Lambos... repeat....
If there isnt an exchange that will give you your airdropped coins... You better be fast moving your Zclassic to an exchange to dump em' once the fork goes through. The way these exchanges work they will probably disable Zclassic deposits just before the fork and you'll be stuck holding the bags by the time they get em' back up.

There is a little good news though, a fairly large British fund announced that it is "considering" taking a position in Bitcoin, this would be one of the first (if not THE first) funds that would actually invest in Bitcoin for their clients.

| I don't see this as a "Recent Drop" I see this as continued steady drop since early December. Its seems like evertime Bitcoin is on the verge of staging some kind of Rally,,it slides again to even lower levels,,,,
I am still VERY cautious about putting any money into bitcoin long term, it is tradeable, I think that buying some at below $7,000 is a smart play, it will most likely rebound to somewhere between $8,000 to $9,000, before possibly sliding down again |

Still holding here too...
But to be honest I'd rather see it go down so I can add to my positions at what I believe to be a good price. I got a limit order filled at 6.5k but I still have at least three more limit orders I'd like to see filled before we take back off.
Another at 6.5k, and one at 6k and 5.5k
I guess either way it goes it's good news to me. But I favor the bear since this is a long term position for me. I'm a BTC hodler of last resort and I'm trying to take up as much real-estate on the block chain as possible.
Specially now since every trade is a taxable event. |

I might have a bias though since I want BTC to go back down to 5.8k so I can buy some more cheap BTC.

and 3 years from now......easily 100k+ per btc....again putting 100% of my savings.....
I have my own personal bias towards this situation.
I dont have a single doubt about this.
just stick to the top 10-20 coins....you'll be fine.

lets estimate that their is 100 trillion dollars in this world.
3-6% is about 3-6 trillion in market cap for cryptocurrency.
that is a very small market share in the worlds economy......
now....i have been a seller on amazon/ebay for a long time...I have learned that their is a lot of people in the US that is not logical.....people who buy old and outdated products......what doesn't make sense to one person makes sense to many others.......
crypto is a GLOBAL situation.....you would be surprised how forgiving the world is.......
I believe crypto will convince the WORLD of people to make it 5 trillion in market cap............which is a small number.....
its kind of like, why is justin bieber successful? his music is weird.........but on a global scale.........when hes selling his albums worldwide......the world is quite forgiving.......and thats how hes so rich.......
certain movies come out and to me its garbage...but their bottom line on profit for making money for the movie on a global scale is easily in the millions......
I look at crypto on a macroeconomic level............5 trillion in market cap is very conservative.....when will it happen? Could be 10-15 years from now....but I know one thing......it will just continue to go up.....down the years.....
in the near future, the price will stabilize like gold......... |

I'll give you two more logical reasons.... We're 766 days away from the next halving and BTC is on sale at a 56% discount.
There's a 99.99% chance that BTC price will at least double by May 29th 2020, the next halving. I'm thinking it will at least double from the ATH (20k). For people with long money, 766 days isn't a very long time to wait for a 445% return.
Second reason is people are starting to talk about it again... When you see BTC posts at the top of recent threads in this forum all day every day you know its time for BTC to make another run. In the scheme of things BTC isn't talked too much about in this forum. So when it hits here heavy, you know a lot of people are starting to talk and the FOMO on this cycle is starting to set in. |

Now is the best time since Nov. 30th 2017 to buy based on price and best time since Aug 2nd 2016 based on chart.
