Returns on a fresh stealth account
So, I'm pretty vigilant when it comes to my return times. I accept all returns. However...
If a customer requests a return for whatever reason, but doesn't return it within the required time frame, I call in on the first day after to close the case. No exceptions (this is on my main, "real", non-stealth account)
However, I have some fresh stealth accounts (1-2 months) running with some ongoing returns. A few of them requested a return and I've accepted, but they haven't sent the item back in the required time frame.
My question: If I call to close the case, will this have any effect on how eBay perceives my account when it comes time for me to increase a limit increase? |
