Defects due to PayPal cases!!!!

This is the 2nd time I am getting this now. A buyer opens a PayPal case (Item not received) and I have no option, but to issue a refund via PayPal.

Next day I get a defect showing up in my eBay claiming I cancelled the order because stock wasn't available!!


Anyone of you experiencing this?

why cant you cancel the order from Ebay,give the reason buyer and seller agree not to complete the transaction,then you get your Ebay FVF back

Because the buyer opened a case of item not received via PayPal and the case must be dealt with on PayPal.

As soon as I am issuing the refund on PayPal to get the case closed, I am getting a defect popping up in my eBay

Already did and got the defect removed. Will shoot them an e-mail about this glitch and see what they say.
