I dont buy from overseas sellers,so all my return cases have to do with US address.
if the Chinese seller misrepresent their location,then they deserve what they get

Sure, but while you might get it once, you're going to use more time and energy than it's worth. It's the same as if you shipped someone an item, and it's lost. Can you fight not having to refund the person in that scenario?

USPS, and ebay says I'm **** out of luck, and that it's my responsibility.
