Selling Limit Reduced by 70%

My account is aged over a year and my selling limits is around 1000items / $100,000 somewhere around here I've been selling for a year with this account and has 99.9% positive feedback and 0Percent seller defect and 0Percent case closes without seller resolution.

However last month I receive a multiple cases from just 1 buyer item not receive and my selling limit has suddenly been reduced to 200 item / $18000 somewhere around here and there is no emailing to inform my selling limit has change or anything just nothing.

Anyone had these ??

And all cases has been closed still I have 0% seller defect on my account still my limit has not been changed

What is your rate of "Item not received"? You can find this under Service Metrics > Item not received.
