The scammer opened a dispute for the second time outside of Ebay
I sell a digital product, the scammer placed an order and received the product. After that I opened a dispute on Ebay, but lost, Ebay closed the dispute in my favor. Then the scammer opened a dispute outside Ebay, now you need to indicate the track number or return the money to the buyer. There is no other choice.
I know that there are services that provide a track number for tracking, you can choose a track number with the desired delivery address and the desired delivery date.
Has anyone tried this? What advice would you give me?
I know that you will most likely recommend a refund, but I want to try to win the argument.
Yes, the track number will not be real, but there will be the desired address and delivery date, do you think Ebay or the buyer's bank will know if the track number is real or not, especially since Ebay has already closed this dispute and I won it.
I think Ebay will just send this information to the buyer's bank, they will see that the goods have been delivered, and they will close the dispute in my favor.
What do you think of all this?
