Default The scammer opened a dispute for the second time outside of Ebay

I sell a digital product, the scammer placed an order and received the product. After that I opened a dispute on Ebay, but lost, Ebay closed the dispute in my favor. Then the scammer opened a dispute outside Ebay, now you need to indicate the track number or return the money to the buyer. There is no other choice.
I know that there are services that provide a track number for tracking, you can choose a track number with the desired delivery address and the desired delivery date.
Has anyone tried this? What advice would you give me?
I know that you will most likely recommend a refund, but I want to try to win the argument.

Yes, the track number will not be real, but there will be the desired address and delivery date, do you think Ebay or the buyer's bank will know if the track number is real or not, especially since Ebay has already closed this dispute and I won it.
I think Ebay will just send this information to the buyer's bank, they will see that the goods have been delivered, and they will close the dispute in my favor.

What do you think of all this?

Do you mean that having failed to get a refund via ebay they've opened a claim with paypal? If so you'll lose and have to refund as you cannot provide a valid tracking number.

When you sell digital wares it goes with the territory, anyone who want a refund knows it's easy to get one from paypal.

If you start using phake tracking info it will come back and bite you, just do what you're doing and take the odd refund on the chin.

Means... if you are going to sell stuff without a tracking number, be prepared to accept chargebacks and refunds. Because you have no proof.

I didn't see/read what you are selling, but if it's profitable, send them something in the mail with tracking. It's the only way to win.

Only YOU can decide if it's worth the costs, when you run the numbers...

I want to upload a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ track number, but this track will be real and will be tracked as if it was delivered to the right place

If I was your buyer and you pulled a stunt like that on me I'd destroy your account.

Dodgy sellers attract dodgy buyers, both know how to play the game. Don't get greedy.

I know, but lets keep it real, OP is selling goods against ebay policy and I'll wager infringes someone's intellectual property rights. This kind of buyer knows the game just as OP does. On some forums targeting digital sellers is applauded - I certainly don't have a problem with it, but given the nature of this forum I appreciate they'll be sided with to a large extent.

If you were a seller of digital goods would you fights every claim with a dodgy tracking number? Of course you wouldn't.

Ask OP how much they've 'lost'. My guess.....zero.

What you can try and do if you didn’t upload a tracking number for the order is to send the buyer an envelope with a blank card in it buyer will receive it and then you can upload the tracking number to eBay. It’s worth a shot.

I always use tracking numbers one buyer is trying to do the same to me but they never win because I always use tracking number.
