"reactivate your account" and payout

Its a ".COM" platform. Updated bank account and got "reactivate your account" message. In "payments" section red banner says payouts are delayed for 48 hours because bank account are updated.
Will they pay out funds in balance if account is under "reactivate" state or no?

(it is not suspended, it is "reactivate" which is kinda restriction)

usually you need to chat with them and give more info about your items. like supplier, etc

Nothing comes through, rectivate=suspended, simply a 48hour warning banner changes to "payouts hold until account fixed" banner.
