EMS Packages in Suzhou?

I have a few packages coming from different sellers in China. All the tracking numbers eventually get to Despatch from Sorting Center SUZHOU.

It's been about a week and a half, and it hasn't changed. After leaving Suzhou, does it go to Customs or something?

it happend to me too. dont worry, just takes time. my 3 packages all delay about 10 days...

Too busy at the moment for china post.Give patient and wait for more days.SUZHOU is not the international departure location,it will be transfered to shanghai and go on board.Keep tracking.Normally for a CHINA EMS package takes 8-11 days to arrive USA in DEC.

So once it gets to Shanghai, do I have to wait for Customs then?

Out of two packages, one arrived today. Both tracking numbers still say Suzhou, though.
