Default Any one haveing problems makeing muiltple bidders accounts and begin able to bid?

Yeah any one else here haveing problems makeing multiple bidders accounts and begin able to bid w/o adding a credit card?

What happen is i made a bidders account on my main pc useing aol 9.0 for a new ip and i was able to bid just fine on anything i wanted ebooks ps3 and such

So then i opened a new aol account and clear my footprints and made a new bidders account and boom when i tried to bid i was asked to verfiy with a credit card

So then i made another aol account on a 2nd pc which i just formatted and installed vist on and made a new bidders account and did a search on a ps3 and bidded and poof i was able to bid so by this time i had to goto town so i left the pc on when i get home i goto bid on a ebook and ill be dammed if now i got to add a card to be able to bid

So i make another aol account and ebay account on the 2nd pc and tried to bid but no luck so i formatt the pc again and still i can not bid and im stumped to how the hell they know its me

only thing i have not tried is to only use 1 harddrive in my pc and formatt it then use aol to get a new ip use real contact info and then try to bid
i dont know if ebay has hidden something on my other storge harddrives but its seems liek the only logicaly answare.

what i think is happening is the hard drive i use is split into 4 partions and on each partion i have vist installed and i use ebay ids on every one of them and when i formatt a partion and reinstall windows then goto log onto ebay it searchs my harddrive and finds records of my other accounts on my other partions

im not 100% sure if this is how there tracking me but theres no other way cause i use real info a change ips and use new aol emails

i will test it out later by unhooking all my hard drives but one and then formatting it and useing aol 9.0 to get a new ip and then make a bidders account and see what happens.

nope it says free to bid when u sign up but when i try to bid it says i have to add a account to verfiy my id and keep ebay a safe place blah horse crap not like a buyer is going to scam many people on ebay just by bidding on stuff

i think there doing this to keep the feedback buying down

Complain about it to live help. Maybe they'll give you an answer about this because it seems like ebay is going against their own rules, tos.

I think you'll have the same problem with a @gmail.com email address. They're cracking down on free email addresses.

If you are using aol and opening aol email under your aol account that is whats causing the problem...Even if you had different names on aol for email account they still know it comes out from one person...

It happened long time ago to me....I had a aol account and my boyfriend added one under my aol account and he bought something from to help me with feedback they realized it was coming from the same aol account....

Basically you need to use another email that is not aol...

Also, I think was happening too, but don't know if its random...But i open a account just to buy something and asked me to add a credit card....
