What's this meaning? I really have no idea how to deal with it. At the same time, she go to buy from my other two account, I think she come to buy just because it's same category item. One is for BIN, she bought and paid again, the other one is on bidding, I noticed it's her before bidding ending, so I cancelled her bidding, other buyer got it.

She is crazy, what can I do? It seems none account I can sell this category items.

If you can handle the negative then just block the bidder from hand on as well

Seems like you have an eBay stalker there. Just keep her ID blocked and keep an eye for her popping up on other stealths.

If you KNEW that the Address was not good why didn't you simply ship out an empty box with an incorrect RETURN address, (To the same General area as your real location) as well, with tracking information, of Course, then when the Shipment was "Mysteriously" lost, take the Position with BOTH The Buyer and Ebay that the Buyer provided you with a BOGUS address, causing you to Lose the product and that you were unwilling to risk another shipment on such a Buyer, and of course Block the Buyer along the way

I have bought from competitor before when I made a mistake on my stock. I needed a replacement. If the address was incorrect then genrally you would think its the buyers issue. However I can say for sure that is not always the case.

I recently let a dispute be decided by ebay because the buyer made a "mistake" at checkout with the address. Item was "undeliverable" and on top I lost case because buyer filed 'item not received case'. Within the case she admitted to the mistake and I still lost.

If she is a seller then she is playing high risk messing with another seller from her main account. I could do so much damage she wished she never heard of ebay.

It is very rare that a competitor gets under my skin, but when they do, I always push back. Not using my account, of course.

But these morons eventually get shut down anyway. Amazon, eBay, PayPal and most companies run mostly on automated processes. When a human being has to intervene, it gets expensive for them. When this person costs them enough time and money, they will get rid of their account.

A friend of mine was never happy with ANY cellular phone service. Not Sprint, T-Mobile, Virgin or any others. He made so many complaint calls to Verizon, they sent him a letter stating his account was going to be closed in 30 days and basically to take his business elsewhere.

Legitimate complaints are one thing, but if eBay has to deal with this person over and over, eventually they will see it for what it is.

How long have you been selling on ebay? There are basics you must know.

Soon as you have a problem you take action.

Wrong or incorrect address? Either contact the buyer for details or since you already thought it was a competitor, TELL ebay or better still tell paypal.

Hey I have a buyer whose address does not exist. What can I do?

Make your listings Immediate paypal required. Set your bidders to block undesirables.

Take action.

You control the sales or you let the buyer walk all over you.

She keep looking at all my accounts and keep report me. I guess she know it's me by items location or to see if I block her or not. She is totally like a mad person.
I contact ebay and ask them why they remove my listing, it's brand item. The guy told me I can relist it if I provide a picture with a receipt then buyer can't have excuse to report me...
