can a deffered claim be damaging?
hi
does anyone know if a deffered pp claim (over 60 days old) can be damaging to the account?
a purchaser abroad has tried to make a claim from an order just after summer.
it was months ago.
i think they are just trying to reclaim money spent.
should i go ahead & refund or is it safe to ignore.
many thanks for your input

After 60 days your good so I would advise to not refund based on my knowledge but I would love to hear opinions from the GOATS.

Re: can a deffered claim be damaging?
They could possibly issue a chargeback
What is the reason for the claim?

the payment is too old for a chargeback.
that is what my gut is saying
I can't even do a straight refund - the link is not there as it is too old.
I would have to 'send a payment'.
many thanks for your replies

If it was that long ago, ignore it.

Re: can a deffered claim be damaging?
This is the one time I would ignore if me. I don't believe a claim can be opened if more than 60 days. I had one claim against me at 45 days but never 60.
