Re: Ebay return policy
Just got off the phone with customer service cause my customer can't print out the return label, so she escalated the case. The rep couldn't even explain the return screen shot nor the return routine (PRETTY SAD). She even told me to send a link for a new return label.
After I questioned her on this, she had enough of my questions AND HUNG UP ON ME.
They really need to rehash this system out and teach their so called "C S Reps" on what a return is. |
