Default Ebay return policy

Who here is getting frustrated over this stupid policy of sellers having to pay the shipping both ways; and who else is finding this is being abused by the buyers?

Does this still apply when you describe in your returns "buyer pays shipping"?

I don't have alot of returns but the ones I've had the buyer has always paid?

Just got off the phone with customer service cause my customer can't print out the return label, so she escalated the case. The rep couldn't even explain the return screen shot nor the return routine (PRETTY SAD). She even told me to send a link for a new return label.
After I questioned her on this, she had enough of my questions AND HUNG UP ON ME.
They really need to rehash this system out and teach their so called "C S Reps" on what a return is.
