What us competeing ebay sellers care about is when bad sellers sell junk or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and tarnish the brands we sell or 100% rip buyers off and maybe we loose customers over time from the platform.

What us competeing sellers would never care about is if someone gets around listing a "new other" item as new. That is incredibly petit and small minded as long as the buyers are not getting ripped off and with 18,000 feedback it certainly does not sound like this seller that makes your blood boil is doing anything wrong at all even if he states "New Other" as New

That's is Cruel to do such a thing to any person or a seller hurting other sellers.

Ebay will always use that against you that call them!

when you slip , you will slide , you will fall on ebay Flr.

Understand when you report a seller you are making ebay loose money. they are losing mega bucks from that seller! .

They will send Msg to the seller to alert him just to cover their back as they don't know if you are connected to another firm .

Their preying eys will be on you.
