I think you are right Vetus, I am just gonna start doing the same thing, since ebay seems to not care about enforcing their own rules.
See...now your getting it, why mess him up when you can be doing the same as them and profiting. You may think your being a hero but you gotta ask, "am I messing it up just for him or myself as well".
OP! I can understand your frustration that the other guy is selling more iPhones and probably making more money than you... But like others advised here, it's always better to learn from others' experiencing than bringing them down too. Don't be like "frogs in a well"...

What point? That somebody is killing it in their niche and you want a bigger piece if the pie but you cant compete so you go snitch? Thats what i got from all of this idk
