But now I need to do conclusion is

Use back old laptop , clean all cookie and flash object
Step 1 : create few user account in windows
Step 2: then go to PayPal do register with same cookies and IP address
Step 3: then go to eBay do register after PayPal are linked with all new name , home address, email, bank account, identity card, credit card, phone number.
Step 4: slowly sell item with low risk item.
Step 5 : wait until 90 days then request upgrade selling limit.

Is it all correct step or I miss something step important??

Finally, each time login need to off the router first and clear the cookie and flash object first. Or how ??

Please advice. Because I was not sure with how to maintain all stealth account with same laptop. Thank you.
