I want to make a purchase on ebay with a old paypal (linked to blocked sell accounts)

Hello friends, I have a question, I was ebay seller two years ago, I was blocked by having two accounts

however my paypal followed working well and sell on other sites without problem.

but I want to make a purchase on ebay today and have the money in my paypal (linked to my two old accounts blocked)

I opened this new ebay account a month ago, only to buy, although not link my paypal, thought to add a new email to my paypal and add this to ebay, only to buy, well... ¿does that cause me some problem buying?
