is there any way to get FAST buyer feedback without a paypal account on stealth acct?

the way i'm looking at it, you HAVE to have a paypal account in order to get buyer feedback, and therefore, for a stealth account, you would just use a simon gift card on your paypal buyer account, right? are they going to ask me for any other details for verification? this is for pre-07 ebay accounts so I won't be using the paypal account for selling (i use a merchant acct instead); rather, i would just be using it for buying/building feedback.

You don't have to use a Paypal account to get buyer feedback. You just need to find people who except other forms of payment such as money bookers, merchant account or Paymate

and do you have them shipped to your stealth address or your real address?

If your paying through another service like Moneybookers or Paymate usually the shipping address would have to match the billing address of the card used. So it would have to be shipped to whatever address you have attached to the card
