Negative fee payment?

Tried to search this but couldn't find anything. I notice each month getting an email that I have a total invoice amount of -$205.63 (in green text). So somehow they owe me money? Perhaps a reversal of a claim or something?

Either way, I'm trying to see if its worth trying to get those funds. My method would be to create a new Mac user account, use Nord VPN to connect, then log into the account and see what options there are, like maybe getting them to mail me a check? Or depositing the funds into an account not associated with my current accounts?

Thoughts?

Edit: I'm more so worried of it linking me somehow. I'm guessing Nord VPN and a new Mac user account would work but have been out of the loop lately as to what links accounts, had a few strange ones lately on new accounts being linked but finally have an aged high limit one thats to my home info and name and don't want to lose it.

I'm wondering if they'll want to PP me the funds, and I don't think the bank account I have on that account is open so I guess I can add a new bank acct to burn.

Do yu know how this negative balance come from?

I'm not sure, I'm guessing its the result of a reversed dispute or something. The account is old, I know I've been getting these emails each month for a while now, but never did anything about it.
