My guess is that a customer received something from our printer and assumed it would be in a professionally printed format. Thinking that you were making copies of a guide, they probably reported you to eBay.
I would put a copyright notice on all of your items and also register as the VERO owner of the product as suggested above. I would include a statement, in the future, on each item sold that tells the purchaser that you are the author of the material and that it is not simply a photocopy from someone else's guide.
I would start on some stealth accounts, but I would also write a letter (not an email) to eBay explaining the situation and including a copy of the guide. I would point out that YOU are the author of the guide and sent physical copies to your customers so that you did not violate eBay's rules on digital goods. I would ask for account reinstatement and ask how to sign up for the VERO program to avoid these problems in the future.
You may or may not get the account back this way, but I think it is worth a try since you have nothing to lose. That goes DOUBLE if this is a legitimate account registered to you.
