Non Performance Suspension.. HELP!

I recieved a warning from ebay ona account the was a power seller account.. I had had a few issue but still at 98.7% FB. Well after the warning I used my other ebay accounts for the past 6 months without issues. Well today they suspended the account that recieved the warning. The other 2 accounts are in good standing. One I am a gold Power Seller with 99.9% FB. Im in the middle of alot of transactions. If they suspend that account I will be in a world of Hurt since people will be filing disputes left and right!

I was wondering if I can start using my wifes account or will it get suspended? Also is there anyway they will reinstate the suspended account or is it hopeless??
