ebay suspended/new account?

hi,newbie here.
found this account yesterday after having a listing(s) removed,then A NEW ACCOUNT SUSPENDED AFTER 1 HOUR !.the account i have had listings removed,but still active,although performance is very low,so high risk.now, my wife has a high performance account under firefox(i was using IE8) with no warnings etc and feedback 50+ possitive.how safe is it for me to use this account to sell my goods without compromising the account? her cc is registered to this address.should i buy a vcc and edit address etc?what are my best options? thanks in advance for your help !!
