It actually cleared by several yards more then the goal post was. Guessing he could have hit 68-70.

Sundays games in the NFL were the oddest group of games I can ever remember.

I don't know. Must have some incriminating pictures. The biggest how does this coach keep his job I have always wondered about it Marvin Lewis? Cincinnati has been better the past few years. But all those terrible years with Palmer and Chad Johnson when they where suppose to be real contenders. Even now they are more pretenders than contenders. Lol, remember when Mark Sanchez beat them? Should have been fired on the spot.

I agree. He has spent many years without providing anything of value.

They had an awesome offense during those years and still did not do anything.

Once again the Chargers prove much like the Cowboys you never know what team is going to show up. They are a bipolar team. Look great beating the Broncos one week on the road, then get blown out by the Raiders another week. You never know with this team.

I will say if they do make the Playoffs somehow. They could be very dangerous like the 9-7 Giants that won in 2012 SB.

@vogeltron, that`s right - what a fight by the Chargers last night...and a pick on Manning...bipolar is right but I have a feeling they are going to do something in the playoffs

Yea, funny you said that. I remember seeing something on NFL network. Like one of the in between commercials, this was like a month or so ago. It was Philip Rivers saying we have seen teams go on runs but you have to get there first. The Playoffs that is. If they can get it they still have to win two games one vs the Chiefs and need some help. But you never know. Broncos are still a very strong team but Manning is not the same in cold weather and so much of any sport is about the team peaking in performance when they are going into the playoffs. Anything can happen. I am going to call a long shot. But if it was a Chiefs vs Chargers AFC Championship game. That would not shock me one bit.

No problem. I do expect some slack though. Chargers might not even make the playoffs. I am just saying I like the way they are trending.

Cowboys you just never know who is going to show up. My prediction is they win next two games and go into week 17 and if the beat the Eagles they make the Playoffs and they choke again. Cowboys are like a broken record I agree. Romo isn't a horrible QB but for the best interest of the Cowboys and Tony Romo they both need a change.

No team is really standing out right now. Odd someone is not showing up as the top team or teams.

Chiefs vs Seahawks.

Outside shot of the Chargers in the AFC if they can get some help to get in the playoffs. Threw too many games away this year. But they seem to be the peaking at the right time.

I know there have been some big moments at candlestick. But the place is a dump. Don't know if anyone is going to miss that place too much.

They let it run down to nothing.

49ers seem to be the team on the upswing right now.

Peaking at the right time.

Like I said above Romo will never take a team to a decent playoff run.

Call in Vinny Testeverde and he will win more games. :)

There's not much of an excuse for him throwing those INTs, however I can say that defense is horrid and the offense shouldn't have been in that position to begin with.

You know I figured out why super bowl winners digress after that ultimate win. They get a check for 78,000 each player, plus a ring...that's it! After tax that's an embarrassing 45 grand!

The members of 'Friends' got a million an episode! The super bowl is the biggest thing on the planet. they generate billions in sales, TV and merchandising. Greedos!

My poor Giants now I understand...

I watch every 49ers game. They can not win in Seattle. They have gotten beat by like a combined 70 points the last two times. Kapernick is not Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. He can not handle that kind of atmosphere.

49ers already have problems even getting their plays in. They blow at-least two or three time outs a game and get one or two delay of game penalties because they can not get the calls in. Add that 12 Man and forget it. Unless the defense or special team scores somehow I do not see it happening.

Panthers probably have the best chance of winning in Seattle out of any NFC team. However, I don't think they have dynamic enough offense to put up enough points against that Seahawks defense.
