Rsot,

We all have too much time on our hands lol. And I was just in court for jury dury; a simple burglary trial was due to take a week just for testimony! !! My hardship was going to Vegas on the 14th with friends, judge didn't care he excused me.

The drama continues. Got it today, it is the WRONG version (Nexus 2012 instead of 2013). Now I am pissed. Opened a case and will escalate given the opportunity. This is the sort of seller ebay just lets rampage all over, scam left and right, while they knock off the rest of us based on bogus reports from competitors or even the slightest whisper from a rights owner that may not even legally have the right to interfere with your listing.

I know rsot.

Case is opened but I didn't have a chance to escalate (and get a free return label from eBay). Now I need to rely on her good graces to get my $12 shipping costs returned to me. What a cluster$$$$.

Technically, the seller (or account owner) really is in jail. The account is registered in her son's name.

rsot,

seems you think negative feedback is in order after the dust settles?

After...but if the seller cooperates and asks to for neg feedback to be avoided, I might be tempted to comply

Why not just ask for a refund, cut your losses and move on?

Well I decided if she refunds my return shipping charges and apologizes (been sort of defiant so far), I will leave it alone. If not, negative feedback time.

That's a smart move - get all money back and just avoid future business with this person

Item delivered this morning, no response from seller. Oh from Florida too. Guess this one will be a negative feedback oh well.
