Question Need ideas for own proxy server solution

I recently found out my ISP is quite unique... If i connect a switch to the modem I can simultaneously get as many static ipv4 IPs as I have cables for.
Instead of manually moving cables I want to attempt a more elegant solution where a dedicated computer would act as a proxy server.
I don't have that good of network knowledge for this, so I'm asking your suggestions about:
1. How to setup the connections to hold the IPs 24/7 so they don't change and to access them on the dedicated PC. Here are my initial ideas:
A: (modem)->(switch)->->->->(multiple routers)->->->->(2nd switch)->(dedicated PC)
B: (modem)->(switch)->->->->(dedicated PC with multiple LAN cards)
C: LAN card virtualization
something else?
2. how the PC should manage this small pool of 6-7 IPs
3. and how will it share them as a proxy server (one at a time or all, doesn't matter)
preferably on win os and minimal coding

Sounds like this questions belongs in a different forum perhaps - one dedicated to networking.

Are you sure your switch isn't just dishing out DHCP'd local IP's? Because the switch is on the LAN side of your network, not the WAN (public) side.

yes. It's a dynamic ip connection, the loophole is that usual limit of requesting only one IP per modem is not present.

I guess I'm not understanding how your modem is able to request and process traffic for unlimited IP's at once. Your home modem usually isn't advanced enough to act as an enterprise grade router.

What kind of modem is it?

All this seems unlikely.

Yes I too was skeptical before I hooked up 5 laptops and each had a different public address. I'm on an old part of the infrastructure of my ISP that remains unchanged after and because of some company acquisitions, that's why it works, no ISP would offer that today to new users. I'll redirect my questions to a specialized forum, thanks for your suggestion @slokor

That has to be local IP's you saw. Your modem isn't capable of managing 5 WAN connections simultaneously. You would have to have 5 network cables going into your modem for that to happen.

I'd love for you to prove me wrong with screenshots. If you ask this on a networking forum I think they'll agree this isn't possible.

I assure you they are public. I was ready to give up today since this took way too much of my time just to learn the basics of things and not see results, but I stuck with it a bit more and f yeah it works even better than I could imagine :D
I used Hyper-V manager to create several virtual network interfaces and gave each the needed IP and MAC settings. Not only did it work but it worked on only one cable! No cable horrors and piles of routers that I had in mind as plan B. Then for the proxy server I used CCProxy which amazingly(since i spend hours trying to solve this on its own) allows multiple outbound IPs.

On the screenshot you can see the virtual adapters as well as the proxy server logs that show me connecting and using 3 different IPs.
