canadian vpn tunnel stealth on HMA!

have built 6 stealth accounts over the last 2 months. 3 of them have died, even though different user account, different ip, all verified and lifted.
i suspect most of the IP adresses of server 5 LOC Toronto of HM! Hide my a** to be "poluted" by now.
not sure...but..the only connection between the accounts was the use of that specific server...the other ones using different IP range are still alive....touch wood! - shiver
since i have cable internet and travel frequently, i am only able to change ip adress via VPN tunnel..thinking about getting dsl and taking control of my IP adresses, but that still doesnt fix my travel problem. i know i know i know...in general everybody says that you should stay away from VPN anyways...that is why i am planning to try it with DSL now, but how about when in other countries? any recommendations on a small and clean VPN provider? how about the DSL idea, should that fix the problem?

any thoughts would be extremly helpfull. i cant open the accounts as fast as i am losing them and that really sucks. any help would be appreciated. thanks guys!

If you have to use a VPN, then I recommend going with a small provider that is not very well known. Ideally, you also want your OWN IP, if they offer it. HideMyA** is both a pooled environment and too well-known. I would be shocked if eBay didn't have all of their IP ranges in their database.
