Paypal accounts getting limited over and over

Your MAC address is not visible to Paypal and has nothing to do with tracking by itself.

The only reason why you'd change your MAC address is if your computer/router is connected directly to a cable modem. Changing the MAC address in this case will have your ISP assign a new IP address.

I have same problem. I tried with different country different stealther accounts different ip different location different bank account and credit card different category and amounts big or small is not important for limitation and result is everytime is limited in last 2 mounth

I keep telling people, read the eBay Stealth, it'll save you a lot of grief .

Reason being the guide has the details in the order they need to be done and teaches you how to make the accounts correctly.
