hi, friend
My paypal limit again, it's a Limited Account Access RXI034

the paypal registered in sep.05.2009, it's a canadain account

and I use it from nov.2009
I withdrow 161 on Nov.25
I withdrow 165 on dec.03
I withdrow 169 on Dec.25
I send 720 to a company on jan.04.2010
I send 550 to my friend on Jan.08.2010
I withdrow 193 on Jan.09.2010

all above transaction is successful.
and It is limited Jan.12.2009(Limited Account Access RXI034)
and they ask photo ID and 5 invoice for my listing in ebay

Do you know any reason for that?

I'm not sure what you mean by withrdraw for a friend though? If you are sending money and receiving money without invoices from Ebay that is probably what got you. It does not matter how long you have had the account, or how much you have sold on Ebay. If you EVER send or receive payments without an Ebay invoice you will get busted up. That is because they have no guarantee for sales outside of Ebay.

Non Ebay transactions are fine - you are less likely to get issues with these as PP have less liability.

However that is quite a few high $ transactions.... It could be that and/or a combination of several things.

Its paypal rules u must follow them to get the account unlimited. Do what they tell u to do.
