well one account had a complint that escluted to paypal review a item not recived even though it was shipped awhile back any way before i could even get on there to talk to the girl she done escluted it so i refuned her but other then that no problems at all.

i use aol email through outlook
and ips are all changed through my router i never log in to a Pp with same ips

maybe ing cause it even though there all dif accounts through ing

or maybe firefox didnt clear out my cookies at one point and time and cause me to get linked but who knows theres alot of things to look at when paypal limts you. I will refund my buyers on them accounts and suggest them to pay me through google and make some more ebay/pp accounts :) lucky there all new ebay ids that was limted so no biggy

95% of supplier who accept western union are SCAMS...There are a few legit companies that do accept it, but do your research on the company first..

Nope never had i used the names in the past or not matched on the bank and ING and besdies that paypal cant see what the account holders name is on ING or any bank.and i still have 3 accounts running through ING with no problems. I think i got linked some how cause its odd that 3 accounts get hit at once they must had gotton linked some how.

And just as i started to feel relaxed useing gaypal again in over 2 years and this happens :mad: it was funney cause i first i say what t he hell and just went with it and suprized i got the money out with no problems so i was like hey this might work so i started doing more paypal and had no problems over the past 2-3 weeks untill now first limt sence i went back but it an't no biggy i will just finsh out my sales and sale as much as i can on ebay and use google checkout to get rest done and start new ebay accounts with Pp again and play them till i get limted then goto GC again.


As long as i can get at least $500 out of each paypal then i would be good cause i know over time i will be limted so im not trying to make a long term account with paypal

if your ip address and state does that match I think they will flag that.

Well doughboy, you should read the post of the link above regarding ing. There is solid information that paypal sends the account name to ing. But from reading your case i don't think thats the case. Did you check if your accounts are able to transfer between them? I talked to ing myself but couldn't get straight to the point. I guess if they are sending names to ing then it should be sending names to all banks i guess. If thats the case i will ask a more direct question to my local bank as i am a long time account holder. maybe i can get some insight to what the protocol of a bank is when money is flowing from a paypal that is not the same name of the account holder. I will follow up tommorow on this.

Yeah i know paypal sends a name to ing or any bank for the fact of matter but still my ing is fine and dose accept payments no matter what name is on the account but as for ing given paypal my name that dose not happen cause banks are very senstive when given your personal info to other Co's such as paypal

they somehow linked me cause the odds of 3 accounts getting hit at once there was a tie with all 3 accounts and im thinking its the dam flash cookies that aspkin psted above its the only thing i didnt watch out for.


Now i got to find a cleaner that will remove them like ccleaner removes cookies

I reiterate flash objects. You don't have to be using IE for flash objects to show up. And yes you were linked most likely in this way or another way, three Paypal accounts going down at one time, only means being linked somehow.

yea, that way you can eliminate being tracked by flash cookies. :) New user account per ebay account.

Hi Guys, i am feeling so lucky that i finally find this forum. my paypal acc is limited recently, but ebay account is still okay. got $2k hold by paypal to require photo ID, address proof and supplier info etc. i despeately want to keep my current ebay account which has 200+ positive feedbacks 100% positive. Since my Paypal is limited, is it possible to create a brand new paypal account (will use a real name, address etc) to link to my ebay account, in other words. is it any problem to link myself ebay account to some else paypal account? thanks heaps.

No, you must create a brand new ebay and paypal account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ infos, new ip... Or you can send them a photo id and all the stuff they want to remove the limitation.. Why were you suspended by the way?

thanks for your msg, i was limited by paypal sayings my account is limited due to bla bla bla risk activities a few days ago and asked me to provide these docs which i have done, waiting for paypal's final decision. the reason why i was limited by paypal is coz i increased my sellings on ebay recently to 30+ items per week with each price up to $300+, I withdrew $5K, $3K and 4K within 1 week. so they thought i was....anyway, in the worse case my $$ will not be released by paypal, my ebay account is still working. apparently i wont add new items unitl i get msg back from paypal. Feeling sad that i will not be able to link my working ebay acc to a new created paypal account. why it wont work that way?

HI: I dont even pay attn to pp so-called limits anymore, as even when they ay "unlimited"--the very next day-they can limit u for a $15 sale--
so-for me--Their limits mean nothing..

I removed paypal as the accepted payment method for several listings and they gave me this message

when i use my paypal account to pay my ebay fees, my paypal account got limited. does anyone know why? how do you normally pay ebay fees?

it was weird. maybe your IP address matched their blacklist IP

what moron would give anyone their paypal info? Seriously, if you were smart you would never ever ever do this! That is like letting a stranger borrow your credit card.

Also- I use the direct pay--you print a coupon with your actual ebay account number--then i send either a money order or cashiers check,
(I estimate my acct balance, so i stay current)..

No. I use money orders with the one off payment method.

If you're using one pp account per one ebay account then just go ahead and make a one time payment using your paypal account that you're using for that ebay account or if they're linked just pay. Your ebay account will not be limited in the future if your pp account goes down if you use the one time payment and if you don't link in any other way or have any billing agreements set-up.

I almost did everything right today. i was soooooo close! I accidently put in both of my checking and savings account that has been used. I deleted flash cookies, i used Tossible digits phone numbers. I used vanilla visa gift card. I switch user names. I cleared out all cookies. and now, after going through all those troubles, should I just stick w this paypal/ebay account or should i start fresh all over again once i get a new savings and checkings account?

Hi don't know if anyone can help here. I am a UK seller and was kicked off ebay. I am now running an account through a friend and his paypal account has now been limited. Is it possible for me to link his account with someone elses paypal account? Is there any problems with it being a different address to the ebay account?

Im wandering though, how are you going to recieve your funds? Will they transfer the funds for you to your account?

Or will they send a check? If so, you better hope its an existing address and find a way around to get your check. Assuming all info provided is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

They wait till its says "delivered" from the tracking info u providied and check to see if the rest of ur personal info is legit. It takes up to 1-5 days to get it released. However i recommend just calling them and tell them items been delivered. They'll make a note of it and have it released the next day.

They will send you an email saying your funds are now available to be transfered and they will give you the option to transfer to bank or send a check I think. You may also add another bank acct for this if necessary.

One issue I have yet to face myself but remember reading something on here about it - I apologize in advance if this is repeating anything but it isn't something that seems to get asked often at least.

I have yet to PHONE PayPal about limitations, but after reading all of this thread now am going to try this route on a couple of my limitations. However with the phone numbers on file for most I have used 'tollfreeforwarding.com' and I am worried that PayPal's system will see that I am not calling from the number I have on file. I remember reading somewhere on here that you cannot block your phone number when calling a toll free number such as PP and that this could cause a problem.

I'd love to know if this is an issue before trying to call them.

Interest is not worth a cent at this day and age as interest rates, set by Federal Reserve or Bank of England, or ECB are < 0.5% to 1%. Extremely Low in other words.

PayPal is not a bank, the money which they hold is just as good as being tucked under the pillow. They don't earn interest on it. Nor can they charge their customers interest. If the situation were reversed and PayPal started charging cutomers interest instead, on say unpaid customer bills etc, then customers would really have wished not bringing up the "I" word.

The whole PayPal business and philosophy needs a rethink. This is a significantly more pressing question to pose.
