Well today i got a phone call for lifting limitation, had provided all documents and called to confirm it. I made something wrong during verification on phone and she suspected me very much and didnt approved documents. Its long story to tell but just want to ask my point. Any person on paypal limitation department can attach a note or something like this and can another representative see this info when i call later..
What i made wasn't something to cause link accounts, its about country location.

No, whenever i call same woman picking up phone just like i linked with her. When i e-mail same person answering.. I prepared and sent all documents and reply was "you are using paypal from a country where we dont support"

Always make sure your IP address matches the country PayPal account you're calling in. otherwise they will flag it for suspicious activity.

Dont we call on simple usa number
it will be suspicious

If its a USA account call with a USA phone #. Get a fresh one that is not associated with any other PP accounts. There are many ways to get these depending on your exact situation.

They leave the note permenantly
this happen with me many time

I also sent request to release in 45 days according Better Business Bureau to all emails related paypal but no respond
