I believe legit EINs based on offshore will be popular with tax responsibilities. There's almost annual $500 per year to run it. By being an investor, where is the stealth?

Dude you ask the question and answer it yourself.
They ask you to add a bank account to be able to use the account. THAT IS IT. If you can do that then do it and you can use the account. If you CANNOT do that then the account is useless and its time to move on.
End of story and stop telling us about this German account already...

Thats why i ask in my previous post is there a VBA bank for EU based country ??
Or any VBA bank for Non US account ??? like Belgium ... Netherland etc
If anyone know that kind of service please let me know.

Don't add an LLC then. Just add your bank account and pull your funds out.
The reason this has an impact on non US sellers is because they cannot do that.
By the way - no one is saying an EIN will be the answer. This is all speculation at this point cause we STILL don't know what they'll consider as 'verification'.

Well i have noticed a lot more "add ssn's" on accounts lately so it sounds like that is what they mean.

does this effect just usa? If so we will see a lot more stealths from out of the usa wont we?
